Which means that both have to be managed out of your body.

So full and deep rest is IMPORTANT.
Your daily calories burned should be at least 500.
How?
Walking, dancing, cardio, weight/resistance training. Any ways you can move your body.
And yes, cleaning your house counts too.
How do to it if you have no time or motivation?
