We offer FREE tracked shipping within the USA, Canada.

Free Local pick up in the Birmingham Alabama, area.

International shipping to other destinations is subjected to a flat rate of $4.99.

Orders are processed within the following business hours:

  • Monday: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Tuesday: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Wednesday: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Saturday: 10 AM – 2:30 PM


Local pick up hours: Monday to Saturday 10AM - 7:30PM

Estimated delivery time varies by location and can be longer than 10 days due to high demand and current COVID-19 measures. Our warehouses are located both within and outside the United States to ensure the shortest shipping times as possible. 


Standard Shipping (3-5 days processing) - Rates will be determined at checkout based on address and order weight.


Orders are processed in 3 to 5 business days, additionally shipping time frames are as stated below.

These are our estimates:

  • USA: between 5 to 20 business days.
  • Canada: between 10 to 25 business days.
  • UK/Ireland: between 7 to 20 business days.
  • Australia / New Zealand: between 5 to 20 business days.
  • Others: 10 to 40 Days.

A tracking number will be emailed to you within 75 business hours to allow you to track your shipment. Email notifications will also be sent for the same purpose.


The Team of Trophy ShapeWear will be giving a refund for the products in the following cases.


We accept returns for any reason.

We do not accept returns on worn and/or torn items, stained items, washed items, items with tags, and protective stickers removed.

Free Returns Or Exchanges (US)

In the unlikely event that you're not happy with your purchase; or receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one.

Please Contact Us within 10 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Exchanges claimed after the 10 days time frame (or claimed outside of the USA territories) will be processed at the charge of the buyer; and accepted for up to 30 days from the day of the reception.

Returns Or Exchanges Other Countries

Returns or exchanges must be claimed within 30 days of reception and will be processed at the charge of the buyer.

We promise your money back if the item you ordered is out of stock, or if the product received is not as described, and/or damaged before try-on. Our support team will assist you with returning your order.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded in store credit within 24 hours, emailed to you as a coupon code with open validity until used. Should you lose this code, please contact us to get it emailed to you again.

  • Other Reasons

In case of a return or exchange for any other reasons, you will be refunded in a form of a store credit coupon code (re-usable anytime) upon reception of the item.
